Society of Neuroscience Graduate Students (UWO) Journal Club is back!
For this year’s first Journal Club, we delve into something that affects us all: Publish or Perish Culture. Publish (a lot), or you won’t get anywhere in science. But where did this mentality come from? And is it beneficial for science?
And, for the first time in Journal Club’s history, we will feature two guest professors, who will offer their insight and experience with this month’s theme. This time, we are pleased to have Dr. Ravi Menon and Dr. Tutis Vilis.
This event is on Wednesday, March 20th in the GradClub Conference Room (room in the back), and as always, food will be provided.
